More good news.  Ron felt better today. We went out for breakfast and then to Clinton to get his shot at our local hospital.  We had to use the wheel chair, but that was not a problem.

While we were at the hospital, we bumped into our pastor, Bro. Ken and his Mother, Virginia.  We also saw  one of our other friends, Dorothy B. was volunteering. She saw us drive up and met us outside to offer assistance.  It was nice to see all of them.

Ron was in & out of the hospital clinic in less than thirty minutes.  Way to go Ozark Health Medical Center Staff & Volunteers!!!Your professionalism and quick response is commendable.

Tomorrow, the hospice nurse and aide will visit again. They will be ordering oxygen for us to have on hand "just incase" we need it.

Not much more to say except we miss all of our interaction with friends and family.  Maybe things will get better soon.

Thank you Lord for a better day!
Nite everyone,
Joyce

Donna and I have you both in our prayers and think often of you both.

Ron and Joyce, you are such a cute couple! I am praying for both of you. I'm the woman from Atlanta whose aunt and uncle live in Walnut Ridge, AR.(Peggy and Bob McMillon, he is a Methodist minister). They know some of the same folks whom you know, they especially like the BBQ sandwiches of your friend who owns Polar Freeze. I have Carcinoid cancer too, mine is in the lungs, I was diagnosed last year. None of the docs seem to know what to do with me--I have over 100 tumors in all lobes and I get my next CT scan next week and send it to the doctor at Vanderbilt. I can't take Sando since I don't have receptors, so they might use chemo...don't know. I trust God and realize that we're all going to "graduate" to Heaven. I met Don Piper, who is the minister who died in a car crash in Texas--he wrote 90 Minutes in Heaven. Don't know if you guys have read his book, but I was in tears and rejoicing when he told us, the audience, of how beautiful it was! Also, there is a book you should get, its called Heaven is For Real and its about a minister's child who died in surgery and gives insight to what he saw. My prayer for you Ron and Joyce is that our merciful Lord will wrap you both in His arms and give you good quality of life and peace. I love that verse in the Bible where it says that God has his eyes on the sparrows and He has His eyes on us too! Jeanne Jackson/Woodstock, GA
